Íme egy rövidke kérdez – felelek Trux-szal a LES HULKS dobosával, aki szorgalmas RNR666 Bulira járóknak ismerős kell, hogy legyen, ő volt ugyanis a két alkalommal is ide látogató Jack Of Heart dobosa. Hulksék basszerosa Alsexo szintén járt nálunk igaz csak egyszer, ugyancsak a JOH- al.

– When did you start L. H.?
It starts in summer 2003 as a joke and was formed at the last minute for two shows… and that was to be it !
then in Dec 2004, Looch (Magnetix) called us for the X-mass Blast Festival in Bordeaux, we came, played and Les Hulks started as a real band from that time !
– If you would like to introduce Les Hulks, what would to say?

SonicProtest fest, you were in front of stage. How was the show?
Somebody told me that was the best in the whole festival. Is it true?
Yep, the show was loud and powerfull, very good but without real surprise ! The 3 of us were at the show because we were practicing at that time before going on the road for a show in Belgium, we haven’t seen any other show at the S.P.
SonicProtest fest, you were in front of stage. How was the show?

We have three 7″, the 1st one on Unrecording record (friends from Lyon), the 2nd one on Kbaa and the 3rd one is a split with El Vicio on Sentenza (runs by Nico El Vicio in Perpignan)
We must record new stuff, so no new release soon…
No tour booked for the moment, we want to tour again someday, but it is difficult to do so ’cause of Jobs, Families and mood !!!!

This is a very small thing !!!
It starts with a 7 inch split in 3 bands. We were all freinds and we recorded stuff at the same time, in the same place, with the same backline… It sounded cool, so I pressed it and in the way started Killed by an axe records.
The second one is Les Hulks !
Maybe in Décember it will be Killed n°3, a re-issue of an old french noise band called Bästard !

Ha már szóba került Truxx kiadója a Killed By An Axe, íme az eddigi kiadványok:
LES HULKS: I Love You / Pussy Cola ( 7″ ) / Killed By An Axe Rec. / 2008
Totál szétbaszott, dühös, zajos low- fi punkborzalom mindkét szám. A fiúk csípik a Brainbombs- t ami hallaccik is, meg eszembe jutottak olyan horvát noise- punk zenekarok a 90- es évekből akiknek a nevére most kurvára nem emlékszem, de majd utánna nézek. ( vagy nem ) Aki mongyuk csipázta azt a hangzást amit az Amphetamine Reptile nevű kiadó képviselt a 90- es években annak kellemes perceket, igényes szórakozást kínál ez a két kis ocsmányság az hóziher. Három 7″- esük jelent meg eddig amiből az egyik egy megosztott korong az El Vicio- val de erről később… Amúgy koncerten zödre festi magát ez a három vékonygongájú srác, hogy jobban hasonlítsanak Hulk- ra.

A kiadó első kiadványa ez a válogatás 7 incses. Három francia zenekartól két- kétszám. Mégpedig. John Deere Diamonds, Billy Surf & The Voodoo Stars és a zseniális nevű The Bad Fuckers. Mind a hat szám zajos, primitív punkszerűség. Talán a Bad Fuckerék tetszenek leginkább, de mindegyik nagyon fasza! Egy hiba van : rövid. Órákig tudnám hallgatni.

A legfrissebb kiadvány már egy Lp, egy újrakiadás a franciáknál kultikus noise bandának számító Bastard– tól, ’95 ből.
Nincsen meg, úgyhogy passz.
